Thanks for the prayers on behalf of my cousin, Lorraine and her husband whose son died unexectedly last Saturday at work. His name was Bob and he was 52 years old. We have just returned from his funeral and I must thank God for answered prayer. They both were doing remarkably well and survived the trip from KY to the Binghamton area for the funeral. Everything went very well. My prayer now is that all those, inluding Bob\'s three sons, that Nick gave Testaments to will read them and find that God is really all they need to succeed in this life. Thank God for the opportunity to be witnesses for Christ. Praise the Lord!!!
My aunt, Julie Frey, has bone marrow cancer. She is currently receiving treatment to harvest her stem cells. This isn't the first time she has gone through this. The doctors are unsure if there will be enough cells to warrant the transplant. She is out of town and alone right now going through this procedure. Please pray for her - she was very nervous anticipating going through this.
A friend of mine, Karen Lawyer, is in the hospital with a perforated colon and she is in need of prayer. Surgery has not yet been scheduled.
David Camp went to be with the Lord last night. Please continue to pray for the Camp family.
Tests have revealed that Carolyn (my wife) has a mass in front of her intestines and faces surgery Friday to remove it. Nothing is now known about what type of mass it is. She would then be in the hospital about a week. She has requested that no one come to visit until at least next Wednesday. She is doing well now, and is handling this well. Please pray for our friends, the Camp family. Their 20 yr. old son/brother David was in a serious car accident yesterday and the doctors say he's brain dead. But prayers have been lifted for him all night and his vitals seem to be climbing. Please pray for a miracle for David. Thank you.
Sarah Pollie's baby is home from the hospital and getting back to his "old" self!!!
Please pray for Kate (Judycki) Conti. Six months ago Kate had a mammogram. She had a follow-up mammogram last week for a re-check. Please pray that the results will be OK.
Our friend, Matt Hawkins, got 3rd degree chemical burns on his left thumb and first finger at work today. Please pray for him.
